I want to help you explode your performance, strip away self doubt, elevate your success and position yourself as a more confident, assured and powerful individual.

My name is Ric Moylan.

I am relentless, determined and ambitious. I speak the truth and I am fiercely loyal. If you cut me I will bleed Mancunian. I grew up in a tough neighbourhood, which taught me good manners go a long way. My biggest inspiration and motivation is my son, Liam. My family and close friends keep me grounded and humble. My fair share of adversity has carved me into the man I am today and taught me what I am capable of.

I have limitless potential... and so do you.

I am on a mission to share my invaluable years of experience as a performance coach, a leader, a business man and a motivator within a very fast paced and competitive world of health, fitness and professional sport.

I began my journey as a young man with big dreams in the energetic city of Manchester, UK. I have since gained almost 20 years experience as an advanced trainer and performance coach, which has guided me towards an incredibly successful career amongst the best coaches on the planet.

I am a self-confessed martial arts and boxing geek. My obsessive passion within these disciplines has enabled me to gain expert knowledge and experience to teach my unique performance methods to world class athletes and their up and coming protégés.

But that’s not all.

I am an active health, fitness, performance and leadership writer for successful magazines and publications, where i share my years of knowledge, experience and top tips. Despite this, most of my work can be found here on my own blog.

I have a straight talking, no nonsense approach to building a healthy, lean and high performing mind and body. My philosophy has been strongly forged by the thousands of lives I have improved and the many titles and championships I have helped guide my fine stable of athletes towards.

The same philosophy applies to my personal mentoring groups and corporate clients, where I teach professionals the essential skills and foundations required to think with greater clarity, perform better, and create a unique and profitable product for themselves and their business.

In addition to this, I spend a lot of my time raising money for significant causes, including running my own major event Charity Boxing Nights each year in Manchester, to support causes very close to my heart.

Performance Coaching.

I am currently the head performance coach and mentor for numerous world class athletes, including former WBA World Champion Scott Quigg.

I previously spent a very enjoyable 4 years working with Team Ricky Hatton. This included guidance and education for his young stable of athletes, whilst also working closely with Ricky for his highly anticipated comeback fight.

I have previously worked with fighters such as 2 x World Champion Ryan Burnett, WBC World Champion Tony Bellew, former WBA World Champion Anthony Crolla, former British and Commonwealth Champion Frankie Gavin and English Boxing Champion Nav Mansouri.

Athletes as diverse as the ATP tennis player Liam Broady, the England Tug Of War team and UKBFF Champion Nina Ross have all worked with me for guidance and improvement in all aspects of their development and performance.

Many of these athletes I have coached from the beginning, a journey that has seen them rise from potential star, to champion.
